You are responsible for all shipping charges for this process. Insuring your item protects you from all charges.

Product sold under manufacturer warranty : should be sent to the respective brands service centre for required services.

Product sold with dealer warranty (seller warranty) : will be addressed by the seller and should be sent to the seller after confirming the address for reshipment within the specified warranty period.

Physical damages are not included in the warranty for eg: water lodge, screen break, shock, fire, tampered, bent broken, improper use or third party usage etc. Non repairable products will also be returned as it is.
