Warranty Plus Extended Warranty on Home Appliances (Rs.1000 to 12,000)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
· No onsite warranty for mobiles/tablets.
· No warranty for products on which manufacturer does not provide any warranty in India.
· Warranty plus is available only on newly purchased product.
· Warranty plus should be purchased within 30 days from the day of purchase of new product and for mobiles/tablets within 15 days.
· No warranty for products that do not carry minimum one years warranty at the time of purchased and extended warranty is only for one year in case of mobile/tablets.
· Warranty plus cover those product only those are covered by manufacturer’s warranty of one/two/three years only subject to maximum warranty of five years inclusive of both i-e manufacturer’s and extended warranty by Warranty Plus (Note: in case of mobile / tablets only one year extended warranty).
· Customer is required to show a proof of purchase at the point of service which includes original invoice, manufacturer’s warranty card. Warranty plus reserves the right to deny service and cancel the warranty plus, without any refund if customer fails to produce the above mentioned information.
· If cost of repair exceed the cost of product as mentioned in coverage of claim in year wise, the product cannot be repaired within the reasonable time or reasons beyond this control, warranty plus have the discretion to replace the product with same/equivalent model of any brand or refund the original amt of the product less duties, taxes, depreciation as applicable.
· If modifications are carried out in consonance with the brands policies using genuine parts and through authorized service centers which increase the Value of the Covered Product then the Warranty Plus will continue to apply to the Covered Product. However, the Warranty Plus will only cover the original invoice value of the product and will exclude the modifications carried out.
· Customer shall take full responsibility of the product during transportation and indemnify warranty plus for any damages that occurs during this transition.
· If replacement is offered or refund is made, the defective product shall become the property of the warranty plus and extended warranty will be terminated without any refund.
· All defective components /parts replaced by warranty plus with new components/parts in performance of the product, the defective components/parts shall become the property of warranty plus and customer shall not have right to claim the same.
· Customer shall pay additional cost for services not covered under the warranty plus plan.
· Warranty plus ceases from its additional warranty obligation if manufacturer’s refund to the customer for settlement of its warranty obligation.
· If you are under 18, you may use the Online Website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
· This Product will be available all over India for Mobiles/tablets excluding Jammu & Kashmir, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Andaman & Nicobar and for Home Appliances, Televisions & Laptop/ Desktop/All-in-ones, in Madhya Pradesh Only.
· We provide services only for branded products.
· This is an AMC Plan.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES:
· In no event shall Warranty Plus cumulative liability for any claim arising in connection with this plan exceed the amount of the total fees and charges paid to Warranty Plus by Customer.
· In no event shall Warranty Plus, their directors, officer, employees, dealers or agent be liable for any kind of incidental or consequential damage, loss of profit, other special, or indirect damages arising from or in relation to this plan or the use of the services.
Exclusions for Home Appliances:
· Products that do not carry minimum one /two/three years manufacturer’s warranty at the time of purchased of product in India.
· Physical or accidental damage of any kind due to malfunctioning in internal or external components like cracked or damaged, liquid damage, lost buttons or knobs, dust, internal overheating, internal humidity/condensation etc. unless mentioned in service agreement
· Malfunction issue arises due to normal wear and tear.
· Repairs or exchange of any parts, components by an unauthorized service centre, even though they used genuine parts.
· Defects due to electrical wiring, plug(s), switches, extension box, inverter, grounding defects, and damages due to sudden surge fluctuation, fluctuating voltage, loose contacts, etc and damages resulting from external causes like rat bite(s), insect infestation or intrusion.
· Accessories parts and gift items.
· Any issue arises due to non-operatively or cosmetic deterioration that affects the functionality or operation of the covered product.
· If modifications are carried out in consonance with the brands policies using genuine parts and through authorized service centers which increase the value of the covered product then the Warranty Plus will continue to apply to the covered product.
· Breakdown or consumption of consumable parts such as cables, cords, tapes, software items, batteries, chargers, earphones, headphones, fuses, bulbs, styli, ribbons, plastic, rubber, sheet-metal parts, doors, main liner, cracks, paintwork, product finish, dents, scratches, plugs, rubber pads, stabilizer, grills, casing, trays, light covers, filters, attachments, belts, or any other add-ons (accessories such as blades, tubs, covers, plates, etc), cleaning & lubrication, alignment and rescaling.
· However, the Warranty Plus will only cover the original invoice value of the product and will exclude the modifications carried out.
· Any work on the covered product that denied the manufacturer’s warranty.
· Products with removed, malformed serial number, as assigned by the manufacturer.
· Any product fraudulently claimed or misrepresented by you.
· Customer shall be responsible to use the product as per the instruction provided in user manual.
· Remote control(s)
· Any malfunction in the Product resulting from inadequate safekeeping, storage at high temperatures or humidity, storage with mothballs or leakage of batteries.
· Products used for commercial purpose are explicitly not covered.
· Damage occurring due to natural calamities like floods, earthquakes and acts of God.
· We provide services only for branded Home Appliances products.
· If any complaint received on Friday & Saturday than in that case 15 days will be counted from coming Monday.
· If there is any mistake at the time of registration then warranty plus will no longer responsible for the future obligation.
· This is an AMC Plan.
